What we collect
Your name, email, phone number and delivery address when you place an order, plus the artwork and design files you upload or create in our editor. Payment card details are handled by our payment provider and never stored by us.
Why we use it
To produce and deliver your order, send order and delivery updates, respond to support queries, and keep records required by South African tax law.
Your artwork
Uploaded files are used only to produce your order. We keep them for a limited period so reprints are possible, and we never sell, publish or reuse your artwork for marketing without your written permission.
Sharing
We share only what is necessary with our courier partner and payment provider. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
Your rights (POPIA)
You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not legally required to keep it. Email hello@webtrigger.net or call 078 2552 619.
