Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to every order placed with WebTrigger through webtrigger.net.
1. Orders and acceptance
An order is accepted once payment clears and you receive an order confirmation. Prices shown include VAT where applicable and are quoted in South African Rand.
2. Artwork and approval
You are responsible for the content, spelling and licensing of any artwork you upload or create in our editor. We do a free technical check (resolution, bleed, crop) but we do not proofread copy. Print files are produced exactly as approved.
3. Colour and finishing
Screen colour will differ slightly from print. We work to a commercially reasonable colour match, not an exact one. Cutting, eyelet placement and trimming carry a tolerance of up to 3mm.
4. Turnaround and delivery
Standard production is 2–5 business days from order confirmation, plus 1–3 days courier within South Africa. Dates are estimates and delays by couriers are outside our control.
5. Custom and personalised items
Because every item is printed to your specification, custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has started and are not returnable unless faulty or incorrectly produced.
6. Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to reprinting the affected item or refunding the amount paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
